Returns

• Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees & Non-Refundable Items

• If the product is opened, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
• If the product is scratched or damaged, it is non-refundable.
• Items that arrive defective or damaged in transit must be reported within 10 days for resolution.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
